By using Career GPS you agree to these terms. Read them, they're shorter than most.

Reports are AI-generated and may contain errors.

Career GPS uses AI models to generate your career diagnostic. AI can make mistakes, including factual inaccuracies, outdated salary numbers, hallucinated company information, and flawed reasoning. Treat your report as a starting point for your own thinking, not as final professional advice. Verify important claims (especially salary benchmarks and company-specific details) independently before acting on them.

1. What we provide

Career GPS is an automated career-diagnostic tool. You upload your resume and provide context (current role, salary, target role, etc.) and we generate an AI-powered report covering things like skill gaps, salary benchmarks, ATS compatibility, and a strategic roadmap. We may also offer optional 1:1 strategy sessions for an additional fee.

2. We don't guarantee outcomes

Career GPS is informational only. We do not guarantee:

  • ·That you will get any specific job, interview, or offer.
  • ·That you will receive any specific salary, raise, or promotion.
  • ·That the report's recommendations will work for your situation.
  • ·That salary benchmarks, market data, or company information are accurate at the time you read them.
  • ·That the report is free from errors, omissions, or AI hallucinations.

3. Not professional advice

Career GPS is not a substitute for professional career counseling, legal advice, financial advice, recruitment services, or coaching. The report is generated automatically without human review. Decisions about your career, employment, or finances are solely your own. If you need certified professional advice, consult a licensed professional.

4. Your responsibilities

By using Career GPS, you agree to:

  • ·Submit only your own resume and accurate information about yourself.
  • ·Not submit fake, fabricated, or third-party resumes.
  • ·Not scrape, automate, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
  • ·Not use the service to defraud employers, recruiters, or anyone else.
  • ·Verify any factual claim in the report before acting on it.

5. Your content and our content

You own your resume content. By submitting it, you grant Career GPS a limited license to process it for the sole purpose of generating your report. The report itself, our website, branding, code, design, and methodology remain our intellectual property, you can use your own report freely, but you may not resell it or our service.

6. Payments and refunds

All sales are final and non-refundable. Career GPS reports are AI-generated digital products. Once payment is processed, we begin generating your report immediately and consume paid AI resources. Because the work is done and the output is delivered within minutes, all purchases, including the report and 1:1 strategy sessions, are final.

Why no refunds: The product is digital and delivered instantly, you're paying for a single output (no subscription), and a free preview is available before you commit.

Only exception: If a technical failure on our end prevents your report from being generated and we are unable to deliver a working report within 7 days of your payment, we will issue a full refund. To request this, email us with your order details. This is the only circumstance under which a refund will be processed.

Strategy sessions: Same no-refund policy. If you can't attend, you may reschedule once at no charge by emailing us at least 24 hours before the session start time.

Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute that contradicts this policy, we reserve the right to suspend your account and deny future service. Email us first, we read every message.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Career GPS, its founders, and operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • ·Your reliance on the report or any of its recommendations.
  • ·Inaccuracies, errors, or hallucinations in AI-generated content.
  • ·Decisions you make about your career, employment, finances, or anything else after reading the report.
  • ·Lost wages, missed opportunities, rejected applications, or any career-related setback.
  • ·Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss.

Our maximum total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, no more.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Career GPS harmless from any claims arising out of your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms.

9. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for misuse, fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms, without refund. You can delete your account anytime by emailing us.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
